Shipping Policy:
We ship all orders through Trax Courier Service to ensure safe, reliable, and timely delivery. Once an order is successfully placed and confirmed, it is processed and dispatched according to our standard procedures. The estimated delivery time for all orders is 2–7 business days, depending on the customer’s city and location. Standard delivery charges are PKR 249 on all orders. However, free delivery is offered on shopping of PKR 5,000 or above. While we make every effort to deliver orders within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier-related issues. In such cases, customers will be informed accordingly. We are committed to ensuring that every order reaches our customers safely and in excellent condition.
